Ramsdens Solicitors have demonstrated expertise in representing clinical negligence claimants.
Two colleagues at the Yorkshire based firm have gained national accreditation from The Law Society, recognising them as specialists in clinical negligence law.
Associate Solicitors, Nick Stojanovic and Rachel Sharp, have both received full accreditation, which distinguishes lawyers who comply with best practice and maintain relevant standards of competency and expertise when representing claimants in clinical negligence matters.
Natalie Marrison, Head of Department, commented: “The recognition for my team has been extremely well-deserved. This accreditation further reinforces our growing teams’ reputation for expertise and excellence within this area of law.”
Nick added: “I am delighted to have gained the Accreditation from The Law Society which recognises the standards reached in my career, and thankful to Natalie and Ramsdens for the support and opportunity to secure this.”
Rachel commented: "Receiving recognition for my work and obtaining accreditation by the Law Society feels like a real achievement and something which I am proud to have gained at this stage in my career. I hope this will help to further reassure clients that we have an experienced, recognised team dealing with clinical negligence claims."
