Our Company & Commercial and Litigation team hosted their inaugural Business Matters on the 1 October.
The Business Matters progamme of events is to provide essential guidance on all commercial and regulatory concerns for SMEs and Owner managers in an ever changing governance environment .
In conjunction with McParland Finn Insurance (MFL) the seminar looked at directors personal liability and we had a lively presentation and discussion.
The conference was chaired by Ramsdens’ Chairman and Head of Employment, David Bradley and the panel included Stephen Newman (Head of Company & Commercial), Jeremy Cook (Litigation Partner), Richard Gledhill and Mark Ramsbottom, both Directors at MFL.
