Ramsdens acted on behalf of Stocksford Limited in its purchase of the assets and undertaking of The Gray Ox in Liversedge, a restaurant/pub featured in the Good Pub Guide is run under a lease from Marstons Brewery and were instrumental in ensuring that the deal completed on 19th December before the crucial Christmas deadline.
The Ramsdens team who worked on the deal were Emma Spragg, a lawyer in our corporate department who led the negotiations for the business purchase, and Jane Holroyd, a lawyer in our commercial property department advised upon the lease for the premises.
