Ramsdens Company and Commercial team, led by Partner Richard Dean with support from Emma Spragg, have completed a brace of sales to Linley & Simpson Limited, which is part of the Lombard Group and based in Harrogate, for undisclosed sums as part of Linley & Simpson’s ongoing expansion. The Boultons sale completed in late February, whilst the sale of Holroyd & Co completed at the end of April.
The sale of Boultons Pontefract office enables it to concentrated on its Huddersfield business, whilst the sale of Holroyd & Co sees the business move to be operated out of Linley & Simpson’s Holmfirth office.
