Leading law firm, Ramsdens Solicitors are pleased to announce their latest intake of Trainee Solicitors, as the firm continues to pledge their dedication to the training and development of future talent.
Beginning September 2022, Ramsdens welcomed eight graduates to join the firm’s two-year training programme, along with two trainee apprentice solicitors.
Along with the new recruits, Ramsdens also have six trainees entering into their second-year, making this the largest intake for the firm to date.
As a full service law firm, Ramsdens provide their trainees with a well round training experience, as they complete four seats across the firm's 12 different practice areas.
Natalie Lang, Partner and Training Principal at Ramsdens commented: “At Ramsdens we firmly believe our people are our greatest assets and this is reflected in the time and care we invest in our trainees. Career development is important to us and where possible we aim to tailor the training provided, to reflect the interests and ambitions of our candidates, to help develop them into the lawyers they aspire to be.”

Ramsdens have also announced that three trainees qualified in 2022, with two accepting NQ positions with the firm. Aamir Arif qualified into Litigation, whilst Sam Durling qualified into Company and Commercial Law.
