Lindsey Frith, Head of Conveyancing at Ramsdens Solicitors LLP, has been named ‘Outstanding Business Leader of the Year’ at the first annual British Conveyancing Awards. The awards have been established to recognise the efforts of the industry, which has gone above and beyond to support buyers and sellers during one of the most challenging years the industry has faced.
The award received by Lindsey recognises those who have led their businesses through the most unprecedented period in living history and guided their teams through the challenges of 2020/21 to end the financial year in a better place in terms of people and profitability.
The judges said of Lindsey: “Customer service is clearly a top priority and that should be the case for all conveyancers! Great entry! Her loyalty and commitment to her firm and team stand out. You can’t fail to be impressed by her achievements as a young solicitor. She clearly managed this very team through the Covid crisis and emerged stronger than before. She shows a flair for people management and business planning beyond the capacity of most practitioners.”

The team were also recognised for their use of social media, shortlisted for creating an effective platform through which customers and clients can interact.
