At Ramsdens we have boosted our specialist Children's Law team with the appointment of Law Society Panel Solicitor, Nick Barnes.
Joining the firm’s York office, Nick brings more than 20 years’ experience to the firms highly regarded Children's Law team, as the firm continues to expand its presence across the North Yorkshire.
An accredited member of the Law Society Children Law panel, Nick joins from Langley’s to continue his practice in highly complex proceedings, often representing the children where the cause of harm to them needs to be evidenced and decisions made about the all-important care they need for the rest of their childhood.
Commenting on his appointment, he said: “I am delighted to be joining Ramsdens with members of my own team. I have developed a close working relationship with colleagues at Ramsdens.
