Ramsdens’ Family Law team have recently celebrated a number of appointments within the department, as they continue to develop their legal offering.
The firm is joined by former Leeds based solicitor, Paul Farrell who joins the team in Huddersfield and former Sheffield based solicitor, Lawrence Napier who joins the team in York. Both appointments have experience in divorce and Children Act Proceedings and cases involving domestic abuse
In addition to this, the department have also announced a number of promotions within the existing team. Rebecca Sargent, who has particular expertise in cases relating to in domestic abuse; forced marriages; and those involving children, has been promoted to Senior Associate, whilst Rhianne Taylor, who deals with all aspects of relationship breakdowns, has been promoted to Associate.
These appointments help strengthen our already well-established team, with their extensive experience within the industry.
The Family Law team work very closely with clients and their families to help support them through the emotional times they are facing, and so investing in the team is of utmost importance to the firm.
