This February our Holmfirth office will be taking on the Garden of Eden Tour, a 22-mile trek across Kirklees, to help raise vital funds for Eden Smith.
Eden was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma in April 2021 at just six years old and her family are fundraising to help send her to the USA for vital treatment.
Our team will be taking on the long-distance challenge, which will start and end at Scholes Cricket Ground, on February 12, 2022 along with the rest of Eden’s Army, in a bid to help reach their target of £1,000 which will go towards the overall £25,000 needed for the treatment.
Diana Walker, Partner at Holmfirth office, commented: “I recently met Eden’s Mum by chance. She told me about Eden. I have three healthy daughters and wanted to fundraise to help both personally and through work for such a brave little girl to get the treatment she needs.”
In addition to the physical challenge, staff across all of our offices will be wearing pink, Eden’s favourite colour, on Friday 28 January to show our support for this fantastic little girl and help boost our fundraising total.
