The Ramsdens Solicitors Conveyancing department has been enhanced by the appointment of residential property expert, Emma Gledhill, who joins the team as a Senior Associate in the Halifax office.
Emma brings with her over 15 years’ experience within the field, with special interest in landlord and tenant law and in-depth knowledge on short and long-term leases and issues relating to leasehold titles such as sales, purchases, lease extensions, purchasing freeholds and breaches of covenants.
Emma joins the firm, having previously held a dual role as a Director and Property Solicitor at a local regional law firm, where she spent the previous 4 years.

Coming from Huddersfield, I have seen how the firm has expanded over the years, to become one of West Yorkshire’s top law firms.
