A lawyer from Ramsdens Solicitors LLP Private Client team has been appointed as a trustee at Overgate Hospice in Elland.
Jodie Wielgus, was inspired to play an active role in the trust after seeing first-hand the amazing work the hospice does in our local community.
Overgate Hospice are an independent and local charity with a mission to ensure that their patients, and those close to them, live with the best possible quality of life. They do this by providing the highest standard of compassionate and evidence-based specialist palliative and end of life care for adults in Calderdale who have active, progressive, life-limiting illnesses.
Jodie said: “It is a honour and a privilege to have been appointed to the board of trustees at Overgate. This is a charity close to my heart and the hearts of the community and I am very much looking forward to supporting the Hospice in their future plans."
