​The new owners of The Mount School were recently announced. It has been confirmed that Chris and Natalie Sellers, who already own Kip McGrath Limited based in Halifax, have clinched a deal to buy The Mount School, in Huddersfield.

The charity Headway have launched a new form of identification which aims to improve the lives of people living with a brain injury.

Ramsdens acted on behalf of Stocksford Limited in its purchase of the assets and undertaking of The Gray Ox in Liversedge, a restaurant/pub featured in the Good Pub Guide is run under a lease from Marstons Brewery and were instrumental in ensuring that the deal completed on 19th December before the crucial Christmas deadline.
