This July a team of Ramsdens’ cyclists will once again be taking on the Tour de Ramsdens, which is now in its third year, in aid of Yorkshire Children’s Centre.

Dementia UK are hosting their event ‘Time for a Cuppa’ which will run from 1st - 8th May 2021. The first ‘Time for a Cuppa’ event was held in 2009 and was named a ‘tea party to remember’ and each year Dementia UK host the event in the hope to beat their fundraising target.

The long-awaited Domestic Abuse Bill shall become law after the House of Lords approved the bill just days before the end of the parliamentary session this week.

On the 24th April the Housing Secretary announced his plans to provide 150 million pounds in government funding to make it easier for people to build their own homes, whether it be commissioned, made-to-order or a personal design, with the aim of enabling more people to get onto the housing ladder.
