We are currently recruiting for a New Business Assistant to work within our busy Conveyancing team at our Huddersfield Town Centre Office.

This role would suit people from a sales / call centre or similar environment as it is predominantly phone based.

The successful candidates must demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude, together with a desire to learn and the ability to get the job done. You will understand the importance of putting the clients and quality of service first. You will be a team player able to work under supervision,  whilst possessing an excellent phone manner.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • To be the 1st point of contact for clients.
  • To prepare correspondence and documents.
  • Dealing with general telephone enquiries
  • Ensure that all client work is progressed expeditiously.
  • At all times exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all of the firm’s and client documentation and information.
  • General assistance and support in the department

The successful candidate will enjoy a busy hands-on support role. You will be a conscientious, proactive and a thorough team player who takes pride in delivering quality work.
