Our highly regarded Private Wealth & Succession department is currently looking to recruit a full time Probate Accounts Administrator, to join the team based in Huddersfield.
The department administers a large number of Estates throughout the country, ranging from the more modest to the high value multi-million pound matters. Using a specialised accounts software package you will assist the Solicitors in the production of Estate Accounts and Inheritance Tax forms.
The role is multi-site and the successful candidate will need to travel between our offices, including Holmfirth, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, Mirfield, York and Halifax.
You must have excellent organisational, written and IT skills, with a methodical approach and high levels of accuracy.
The ideal candidate will come from an Accounts and/or Legal Cashier background with knowledge of double entry bookkeeping highly desirable.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise your workload, time and can work under pressure when managing several deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Prepared to travel between offices
