Arianne is a Solicitor in our Family department based in our Huddersfield office.

Arianne studied History at the University of Nottingham, before completing her GDL and LPC with Distinction at the University of Law. Arianne joined Ramsdens in 2022 to begin her training contract with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024. During Arianne's time as a Trainee Solicitor she worked in our Family, Private Wealth & Succession and Real Estate departments.

Arianne deals with a wide range of Family law including domestic abuse, divorce, division assets following the breakdown of a relationship and issues surrounding contact with children.

What is one legal myth that you’d love to dispel?

"That couples that cohabit have the same right as those who are married on separation."

What made you want to work in your sector?

"I like the fact that literally no day is the same. You can think your day is going to turn out one way and then you can get a phone call and you have to drop everything. It definitely keeps you on your toes. I also love the amount of client contact you have in the job and that you are often helping clients at the worse time in their lives."
