Emma is a Solicitor and Senior Associate in our Conveyancing team.
Emma has over 15 years’ experience in property law having specialised in property litigation, with a particular interest in landlord and tenant law, for a number of years before transferring to residential conveyancing.
She has an in-depth knowledge of short and long term leases and is able to advise clients on issues relating to Leasehold titles, such as sales, purchases, lease extensions and Freehold purchases.
Emma is also able to deal with sales and purchases of Freehold properties, re-mortgages, Declarations of Trust, new builds, right to buy and auction sales or purchases.
