What is one legal myth that you’d love to dispel?
"A dementia diagnosis does not mean that you automatically lack capacity. You may have a dementia diagnosis for a long time and be able to continue managing your financial affairs and making decisions about your health and welfare. Even if a person later loses capacity to manage their financial affairs, capacity is time and decision specific!"
What made you want to work in your role / law?
"My Mum is a court usher and I used to sit in the public gallery and watch criminal trials during the school holidays!"
