Nicola is a Partner and Solicitor in the Child Law department.
Nicola has over 8 years’ experience and expertise of dealing with child care law. Having worked previously for a domestic violence charity in Leeds, Nicola specialises in all areas of Family Law surrounding children issues, with particular expertise in domestic violence, having close ties with a number of outside agencies. Nicola also acts for parents in Care Proceeding and child abduction cases. As a testament to her abilities, Nicola obtained the first Forced Marriage Protection Order in the North of England.
Nicola is Children Law accredited specialising in acting for parents and children in care proceedings.
